Customizing the branding for a selfie booth can enhance the guest experience and provide consistent visuals for your event, whether it’s a multi-day activation or a private celebration. At Philly Snap Booth, we make this process straightforward and collaborative.
This post breaks down how branding works for our Selfie Booth — from the initial logo to the final guest experience.
The process begins with your logo. Ideally, you’ll send it to us in a high-resolution PNG format. If you have brand colors, fonts, or a style guide, those can help shape the design direction — though they’re not required.
Clients can choose between square, vertical, or horizontal layouts for their photo booth captures. Each option serves a different purpose depending on how the images will be used or shared. We’re happy to provide examples if you’re unsure what works best for your setup.
Using your logo and layout choice, we design mockups for the photo experience — including still photos, GIFs, and boomerangs. If you prefer to create your own templates, you can send them to us directly, and we’ll handle the setup from there.
Once the visuals are approved, we move on to customizing the online gallery. This is where all captured content is stored and accessed by guests. The gallery can feature your branding, colors, and messaging — offering a consistent look from start to finish.
Guests typically receive their photo or GIF via text message, and this message can be customized too. Some clients include a branded hashtag, website link, or a short event message.
Here, you can include a photo of the branded Selfie Booth setup in action.
The Selfie Booth is designed to operate without an attendant, making it ideal for longer events or venues that require minimal staffing. However, if you’d like a team member onsite to assist with guests or setup, we can provide that as an additional service.
In addition to visual branding, the Selfie Booth also offers insights into guest engagement. After the event, clients can receive a breakdown of analytics that may include:
These insights can be especially helpful for brands and agencies measuring activation impact, or for clients curious about how their guests interacted with the booth throughout the event.
Branding a selfie booth doesn’t require a background in design — just a few key elements and a clear idea of your goals. Whether you’re working with a tight deadline or have a creative vision in mind, the process is built to be flexible and collaborative.
If you’re not sure where to begin, we’re always happy to walk through the options and share samples.
