First of all, you need to think before approaching your ideal photo booth sponsor company. – Why would they work for free to cover your event and don’t charge you like they normally do? After all. Business is business and everyone need to pay their bills, employees, mortgage, etc…

So, the whole point is to have a win/win from both sides. Right! How?

1. Do you have something to trade? It can be products, services, etc…
2. Talk about creating a cool, good looking backdrop with your ideal photo booth company.
3. Maybe you want to custom some props to boost your brand, event, company, etc… and have an authentic photo experience for your guests.
4. How’s your event going to impact their business?

 

 

Photo Booth owners love everything related with backdrops & props.

Because is all about creativity and innovation. If you can provide cool spaces and tools to allow them to be creative and offer THE photo experience. They are going to definitely say YES!

 

Make sure to write this clear on your proposal:

Who are you, who is your company, brand or organization?

1. What is or are your events about?
2. Who’s your target?
3. How many people are you expecting

 

 

Propose to write a post on your blog about the event, making sure they are part of it. (Ask for their logo) show photos of people using the photo booth and the photos taken by it. Be active on social media,  tag them everywhere (Instagram histories, Facebook, Twitter, etc…)
