Celebrating Our New Backdrops: Modern Hive & Dreamy Hive

Hi, everyone! we’re really excited to show you our two new backdrops. We spent a lot of time looking for the perfect design, color, shapes, patterns etc… we were looking for something unique, fun and exclusive that would definitely catch the attention of everyone at the party. So, after a couple days looking online, and in stores, nothing called our attention, so… we decided to say “hello Illustrator” and started designing our own backdrops, playing with colors, shapes & patterns – it was awesome! We ended up with two new exclusive backdrops just for you!

Creative Collaboration Works.

So, here is how I want to show you how we celebrate our new arrivals. I’d been talking with these girls from Peonies Events; who specializes in balloon backdrops & paper flower walls – we were really interested in doing a creative shooting showing some art together. We contacted Maggie, the wedding planner at The Huntingdon Valley Country Club and they welcomed us by offering their space, which was magical. With this shooting,  we created a win-win for everyone involved.

Have you ever been to Huntingdon Valley Country Club? Well… let me tell you it is stunning! This beautiful place has extraordinary architecture, the ballroom has windows everywhere (which looks magical with the sun’s light), has plenty of space for 200 people, and also has other rooms with beautiful furniture and natural light as well.

More Balloons, Photos, Music, Drinks & Snacks Please!

During the session, our girls Natalie (@nataliekbermudez) & Laura (@thejournaloflaura) changed clothes and got ready in the bridal suite – a beautiful room located upstairs with total privacy and great lighting. We had a blast with them, they love salsa and have the attitude we were seeking for the shooting. With some snacks, drinks, music and flamingos around we made the session a photo party.
